Thavare Silks reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will take effect immediately once updated. Customers are advised to review these terms periodically.

Orders & Customer Responsibility:


Any order placed directly at the store, through phone, WhatsApp, or online platforms will be considered final once confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing correct contact, delivery, and order details.

Business Rights:


Thavare Silks reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice. In case of prepaid orders cancelled by us, the amount paid will be refunded as per policy.

Product Quality & Usage:


All products are quality-checked before dispatch or billing. Thavare Silks is not responsible for damages caused after purchase due to washing, ironing, storage, or mishandling. Dry clean is recommended for silk and handloom sarees.

Colour & Design Variation:


Slight variations in colour, texture, or weave are natural due to lighting, photography, or handloom craftsmanship and shall not be treated as defects.

 

Liability Disclaimer:

 

Thavare Silks shall not be liable for any indirect loss, damage, or delay caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, natural events, or technical issues.


All designs, images, content, and branding related to Thavare Silks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, copying, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.


Damaged Products (Courier Related):


In rare cases of damage during transit, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the damaged product. Replacement will be provided subject to verification and stock availability. Claims after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Missed Delivery:

Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • Shipping Charges: Domestic shipping within India is chargeable at ₹100 for few products.
  • Convenience Fee: A convenience fee is charged by third‑party payment gateway depending on your order and the payment method chosen by customer (This fee is not charged by Thavare Silks).
  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are scheduled between Monday and Saturday, from 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays and bank holidays.
  • Issue Reporting: Any delivery issues or package concerns must be reported within 24 hours by contacting us at info@thavaresilks.com or calling +9741777312.

International Shipping (Global Delivery): 

Currently, our website shipping is available only within India. For international orders, we take requests through WhatsApp, as shipping charges vary by country. This helps us ensure timely and hassle-free delivery for our customers worldwide.

Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for any Customs Duty, Import Tax, or GST charges levied by their country's authorities. These charges are not within the control of Preitys Silks or our shipping partners and are based on the invoice value. Please check with your local customs office for specific charges.


Returns & Refunds:


No return, no exchange, and no refund once the product is sold or delivered, unless approved by management in exceptional cases.
