How to Raise a Request
- Timeline: Submit your request within 2 days of delivery.
- Process: Go to your Account > Orders page to initiate the request.
- Proof: Upload clear photos showing the issue based on your selected return reason.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Requirement: You must provide a single, unedited unpacking video.
- Details: The video must clearly show the initial sealed package being opened and the specific defect.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- Responsibility: Customers cover return shipping, except for wrong or damaged items.
- Carrier: You must ship the item back using India Post only.
- Compensation: We will reimburse up to ₹100 for the courier fee upon approval.
Replacements & Refunds
- Replacements: Shipped within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Refunds: If a replacement item is unavailable, your refund will be processed within 2 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Items purchased on sale
- International orders
- Issues regarding personal dislike or expectation mismatch
- Beaded or sequined items (minor embellishment shedding is normal and expected)
